G2 - Grounded, Bedminster, Bristol

dza were commissioned by the previous owner of this site for a change of use application from retail to A3 restaurant use. Following the consent of this scheme it was sold to the Cafe Grounded brand and a revised application submitted to accommodate the requirements of the cafe bar. The successful consent of the submission has resulted in the creation of a new social hub on the parade where it is sited and successful trading for the last 2 years. A separate approval was gained for 2 new build apartments to the rear of the site.
