While working for a previous practice, dza developed this scheme for 98 new dwellings in the Redhouse district of the Braydon mead development in Swindon. dza drew upon local village influences and layouts to create this masterplan, which when approved, was cited as a flagship design for the development area.

The client sold the site on and it is understood to be currently built out.
