Following the granting of a previous planning approval for a new kitchen at the back of the house dza were approached to come up with a more expansive design that connected the house more with the garden and existing rooms.

Utilising the shape of the site and acting within the planning rules dza developed this scheme to provide the large kitchen the client aspired to aswell as new dining and showering spaces, whilst connecting the extension and houses more to the garden. Light is provided by high level lantern glazing and space is emphasised by the extensive folding sliding glazed doors into the garden.
