Following consideration of other properties by the client dza were commissioned to design a new extension to the existing semi detached house.

dza laid out the design to take advantage of the size of the site and practically double the size of the property. The accommodation now includes 2 additonal bedrooms, one with en-suite, utility room kitchen and large family room to connect the house to the garden.
