The clients commissioned dza to come up with a scheme to replace their existing prefabricated concrete garage in a conservation area. The garage stands at the end of the garden and entry is from the rear lane one storey height above the garden. dza produced a scheme with a double garage above a garden room and store, all clad in siberian larch timber with zinc panels and sliding glazed doors below.

The scheme was granted planning consent.
