What are we working on?

 

Bristol

A planning application is just about to be submitted to add a contemporary 2 storey side extension to a cottage in a conservation area.

 

South Gloucestershire

Work to convert a large stone built double garage and adjoining former stabling in to a live in annex with new oak trusses, woodfibre insulation and lime plaster finishes is now complete and occupied.

 

Bristol

Following a lengthy but successful planning approval for an additional one bedroom flat on top of an existing 2 storey residential building, the building regulations drawings are now with structural engineers to design the essential framing to support the new timber framing for the envelope.

 

Wiltshire

Construction is of a new floating yoga studio and bespoke garage for a private client is now complete with further works planned.

 

South Gloucestershire

We are currently working with clients to develop extensions and undertake re-modelling of a grade II listed house, with the works to include the removal of upvc windows and a flat roof lean to, and to put back a sympathetic contemporay extension to reflect a major element of the existing building, re-model part of the adjacent interior and add a new garden room / home office to replace the flat roof addition. Currently in to planning

 

South Gloucestershire

A planning application to remove surplus farmyard structures and convert a couple of single storey former farm buildings in to a single family dwelling in the countryside with landscape and ecology enhancements is now at appeal. 

 

Bristol

A planning application has been submitted to add a first floor to an existing single storey dwelling to the rear of existing commercial premises with a new timber frame and cladding with an elevated private amenity/ garden space, creating a tight urban development providing additiona affordable rental property.

 

Bristol

Early design works and discussion with clients and contractor to re-work and re-model a rear garden to provide different seating areas and areas of privacy together with a new garden room with a meadow flower green roof, built in seating, raised planting beds and level changes on this sloping site whilst maintaining views out. On site

 

Wales

Early discussion underway to re-model and extend a tired mid 20th century bungalow to create a low energy development of interest with light and air and views out to the landscape.

 

Bath

Works are now complete for the building regulations details and drawings for a new link between a farmhouse and a converted dairy building. Photos of the previous works to extend the farmhouse and convert the dairy will posted on this website very soon.

A successful planning application has been achieved to replace an existing tennis court with a 250 square metre swimming pool.

 

Bristol

A planning application is being prepared for a private client, for a new lap pool at the back of the existing house.

 

Dorset

We are delighted to have been appointed to assist clients with the conversion of a deconsecrated church into a new family dwelling, with a new side extension.

Coleford, Gloucestershire

Planning has been granted for a contemporary extension to a stone built farmhouse using corten steel and board printed concrete.

Following a successful amended design of an existing approval, works are about to commence on the construction of a new 1.5 storey house.

A planning application has been submitted for the following works to an Edwardian house in Bristol, as, new off street parking, rear garden works, re-modelled kitchen and utility spaces and part attic conversion to create a new home office and more useful room arrangement.
